It can be used under shower or dry for an intense exfoliation.

The loofah eliminates dead cells and regenerates your skin.

The loofah also promotes blood circulation and thus helps counter the effect of tired, aching legs. 

As every plant sponge, it can be used for house cleaning, either for washing dishes, sinks / hotplates, even made for cleaning all type of material furnitures.

Body care: recommended for daily use on the body - the loofah glove is used covered with soap. Massage using circular movements then rinse. Your skin is left softer, with a finer grain.
