使用方法

1. 護髮： 混合蓖麻油與甜杏仁油（1:1），塗抹於頭皮及全髮，輕柔按摩頭皮，靜置20-30分鐘後洗髮。

2. 護甲： 每日睡前塗抹少量於指甲及甲周皮膚，輕柔按摩至吸收。

3. 足部護理： 塗抹於乾燥足跟及足部，輕柔按摩，穿上棉襪靜置過夜，效果更佳。

Directions for Use

1. Hair: Blend castor oil with sweet almond oil (1:1), apply to scalp and throughout hair, massage gently, leave for 20-30 minutes, then shampoo out.

2. Nails: Apply a small amount to nails and cuticles each evening before bed and massage gently.

3. Foot care: Apply to dry heels and feet, massage gently, then wear cotton socks overnight for best results.
