使用方法

1. 面部： 取少量乳木果，雙手輕搓融化，輕柔塗抹於面部及頸部，可用作日霜、晚霜或密集修護面膜。

2. 身體： 沐浴後全身塗抹，重點護理乾燥部位（手肘、膝蓋、足跟）。

3. 頭髮： 取少量融化後塗抹於全髮，靜置 15 分鐘後洗髮，或塗抹少量於乾燥髮尾作免洗護髮使用。

4. 指甲：每日睡前塗抹少量於指甲及甲周皮膚，輕柔按摩，強化指甲及護理甲周乾燥問題。

Directions for Use

- Face: Take a small amount and warm between palms to melt; apply gently to face and neck as a day cream, night cream, or intensive mask.

- Body: Apply after showering, focusing on dry areas such as elbows, knees, and heels.

- Hair: Melt a small amount; apply to hair, leave for 15 minutes, then shampoo out; or apply a small amount to dry ends as a leave-in treatment.

- Nails: Apply a small amount to nails and cuticles each evening and massage gently.
