使用方法

1. 面部及身體： 取適量於掌心加熱，輕柔塗抹於面部、頸部或全身，可每日使用。

2. 按摩： 直接用作按摩基礎油，或與其他精油混合調配個人按摩油配方。

3. 護髮： 塗抹於全髮，靜置15-20分鐘後洗髮；或塗抹少量於乾燥髮尾作免洗護理。

Directions for Use

1. Face & Body: Warm an appropriate amount between palms and apply gently to face, neck, or body. Use daily.

2. Massage: Use directly as a massage base oil, or blend with essential oils for a personalised massage blend. 

3. Hair: Apply from roots to ends, leave for 15-20 minutes, then shampoo out; or apply a small amount to dry ends as a leave-in treatment.
